If you are a Jean Shepherd fan then you know that quote comes from the movie A Christmas Story, which takes place in Hohman, Indiana.  In fact, Jean Shepherd provides the voice of the narrator, the grown up Ralphie, and has a cameo role as the angry gentleman who tells Ralphie, “The line ends here! It begins there!”
