While you would think that Jack Frost would be the one, it’s actually Suzy Snowflake who comes “tap, tap, tappin’ at your windowpane.” Mom always associates this song with the late Rosemary Clooney (aunt of George Clooney) who recorded it in 1951. In 1953 it was made into a short stop animation feature which was a staple on WGN for many years.
And since the topic of TV came up, do you know which star of a very popular current comedy series appeared in both the 1989 Christmas movies “Prancer” and “National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation?"
