Book lovers will rejoice June 15th & 16th when the Mint Festival returns and brings with it the Annual Book Sale by the Friends of the North Judson-Wayne Township Library. Just like last year, the Friends Book Sale will be held in the ultra roomy Bank of Indiana building, kitty-corner to the library.
As in the past, the Book Sale will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 15th with hardbacks & trade paperbacks @ $1 each; pocketbooks @ .50 cents each; children’s books @ .25 cents each. Sunday, June 16th. is our big “BUCK A BAG” blowout from 12 noon to 4 p.m. All the books you can stuff in a standard grocery bag (12” x 7” x 17") become your treasures for just $1.
We've been doing quite a bit of weeding in our non-fiction in preparation for a new automation system, so if you love to read factual material this is your year to visit.
