Early voting continues on the first floor of the Starke County Courthouse.
As of Thursday morning, poll workers collected 32 in-person votes while the Election Office received 10 mail-in ballots and one travel board ballot.
One race will be determined in the May Primary Municipal Election. Either Democrat Colleen A. Hodge or Cyndi Mann-Kidder will be chosen as the party’s candidate to move on to the November Municipal General Election ballot.
Early voting continues today from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the first floor of the Starke County Courthouse. Voters may also cast an absentee ballot on Saturday, May 4 from 8:30 a.m. to noon and Monday, May 6 from 8:30 a.m. to noon.
The May Primary Municipal Election is Tuesday, May 7. Polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Election Day.
