Now that summer’s here, the Town of North Judson is reminding residents about permits for pool installations. Clerk-Treasurer Alicia Collins says permits are required for both permanent pools, as well as temporary ones.
Collins says pools must be enclosed by a fence with a locking gate. Permits cost $100 for a permanent pool and $25 for a temporary a pool.
