On the last Saturday in October various law-enforcement agencies gathered in the North Judson-San Pierre High School parking lot to participate in required emergency vehicle operations training.
North Judson Town Marshal Kelly Fisher recently informed council members that while it was a rainy day, they had a good turn out. She also recognized that they were able to obtain the necessary items needed for the training at no cost to the Department or Town.
Marshal Fisher noted, “TSC, they let us use approximately 200 cones free of charge, so we had that set up.”
On their social media page, Department officials shared that in addition to the North Judson PD participants included the Knox, Kouts and Kingsford Heights Police Departments as well as the Starke County Sheriff’s Department.
