The North Judson-San Pierre School Board will discuss the search for an interim superintendent during an executive session meeting this evening.
Superintendent Lynn Johnson is retiring at the end of December. Board President Pat Goin previously told WKVI News filling the superintendent’s position would be “very difficult” if the general fund referendum the corporation sought did not pass. Voters defeated it by a 2 to 1 margin last week.
Goin previously said the board plans to work with the Indiana School Board Association to hire an interim superintendent to get through the remainder of the school year and launch a search for Johnson’s full time replacement.
