Are you going to be a first time 4-H parent but you're not sure where to get forms or information? Between November 1st and January 31st you can sign up on line at home, at the library, or at the Starke County Extension Office.
Enrollment for the 2013 4-H Year will begin on Thursday, November 1st. You may complete the online enrollment process at http://www.four-h.purdue.edu/enroll/. If you are unable to complete the online enrollment process, please contact the Extension Office for assistance. A computer will be available in the Extension Office for those families who are unable to complete the online enrollment at home. The deadline for enrollment is Thursday, January 31st.
As you are aware, there is now a State 4-H Program Fee of $15.00 per member; with a maximum of $45.00 per family. You can pay this fee online at the time of enrollment or in person at the Extension Office. Please keep in mind that your enrollment will not be completed until the fee has been paid.
