6/18/2016 Mint Festival Pet Parade

The Pet Parade will be in the North Judson Park on Saturday, June 18th at 11 a.m.  Registration will start at 10 a.m. at Shelter #3 across from the Little League field. 

Categories are:  Biggest, Ugliest, Cutest, Most Unusual, Smallest, and Best Costume.  A first place trophy will be awarded in each category plus a Grand Champion Overall.

Mint Festival Pet Parade
Sunday, June 15th at Shelter # 3 in the Town Park
Registration is at : 12:30 p.m. Reg. Fee is $ 2.00
Pet Parade starts at 1:30 p.m.
Trophies awarded for: Biggest, Smallest, Cutest, Ugliest, Most Unusual, Best Costume, and Grand Champion Overall.
Winners of the Pet Parade will ride on the float in the Big Parade

Mint Festival Activities For Pets

The Starke County Humane Society has planned plenty of activities for your pets at the Mint Festival this year.  For more information you can contact them by calling 574-896-5060 or visiting them at 0104 W. State Road 10, North Judson, Indiana  46366.   

We are searching for this year's Pet Parade Mascot. The Mascot will lead the Pet Parade and also be included in the Big Parade on June 17th. A gift basket will be awarded. Does your pet have a special story ? Please post a photo and your pet's story. All entries must be received by June 11th. If you entered last year, you may enter again this year (excluding last year's winner.)
PET FUN RUN / WALK: JUNE 16th / SaturdayNorth Judson Town Park / Arlowa Lane at the Baseball Field
Registration at 9:30 a.m.
Fun Run/Walk starts at 10:00 a.m.
Entry Fee: $ 10.00 per team ( Handler & Pet )
Prizes awarded : 1st, 2nd & 3rd place
Team may run, walk, jog or any combination. Only one lap required to receive Pet Fun Run T-Shirt.

Activities include: Doggie Dash ( Limited to Dog's under 40 lbs. - speed contest )
