One more mile on the road to migration is completed!

When you visit our website you will notice that we once again have a functioning card catalog!!!!!  (And a very attractive site it is.)  When you check to see if we own an item you are looking for you can click on the title to get more information.  Is the item in?  When is it due?

Now for the next step on the migration road, we have ordered new library cards.  Once they arrive - it can take up to 45 days to get them from the manufacturer - we will let you know so you can come in and exchange your card.  With the new one you will be able to reserve items through the card catalog by entering the 14 digit barcode.  Once you accessed your library account you will see what you currently have out; you can do a one-time renewal if you need to; and you should also be able to see what items you have checked out in the past, just in case you don’t remember if you read a particular book.

Whew, makes me tired just to think about all the work required to get this up and running.
