2013 Pop Warner Football and Cheer Signup

Pop Warner Football and Cheer signup will be held at the North Judson-Wayne Township Library on January 23 & 24, and January 30 & 31, from 5 - 7 p.m.

Prices on those dates will be:
1st Child = $50
2nd Child (Same Family) = $40

Prices for sign up after February 1st will be:
1st Child = $65
2nd Child (Same Family) = $55
