I’ve spent the past few days updating our webpage, something
I do every week – adding links, removing items that have expired, making the
occasional change – and just happened to notice that there are 45 pages listed
under “2017 – Activities/Events/Meetings in Our Area.”
This breaks down to:
- Charity listings = 1
- Craft classes = 3 (with several dates/items listed under some pages)
- Events = 14 (meetings, golfing, rides, shows, local festivals, etc.)
- Food = 8 (4 breakfasts, Taco Dinner, Pork Chop Dinner, Chili cook off, Fish Fry)
- Health related = 8 (health fair, cancer awareness programs, training, enrollment, clinics, etc)
- Holiday = 5 (3 Halloween related, 2 Christmas)
- Maps = 2 (INDOT Road Construction so you can check before you go, Indiana Bike Route US35 – which is new today)
- Other = 6 (items like Woof Studios, Rabies Clinic, calls for volunteers, local meetings)
45 items already and the Holiday Rush hasn’t even
started!
