STARKE COUNTY – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces that State Road 23 between U.S. 30 and State Road 8 will be resurfaced starting Wednesday.
During construction, flaggers will direct one lane of traffic around where work is taking place. The project is expected to wrap up by mid-October.
